I feel your pain. Even though I'm not in the medical field, I need to give oral updates at daily project meetings, and I have a mild to moderate stutter. Sometimes I block and sometimes I'm fluent, but my colleagues are understanding and patient. It all comes down to your abilities and how valued your opinion is. If you have something valuable to contribute, do it. Don't let fear hold you back. They will wait and listen. It helps to be open about your stutter. That will reduce your anxiety somewhat. Try taking vitamin B1 too. I find that helps me lately. Deep, slow breathes help before you speak, and slow your rate down (don't rush into it). Think positive my friend, and visualise yourself being as fluent as possible.
