Dang, I'm sorry to hear that. I work in healthcare as well, but I have the luxury of calling people in private if I choose. You're certainly braver than I am for working in a position that broadcasts hospital wide. The worst I get is stuttering in front of co workers or patient's family. You did great for going through with it.
