Absolutely. Don’t let your stutter hold you back from being a leader. If I did I wouldn’t have graduated high school in the honor roll and Vice President of my high school student council. I quit sports halfway into high school but I was on track to be a captain if I stayed. My senior year I MC-ed one of the biggest assemblies of the year after the person who was supposed to do it dropped two hours before the event. Before I went off to college I was a youth group leader for two separate groups every week. So yes. 100%. Absolutely. Having a stutter does not define a good leader. It’s the hardworking, dedication, attitude, and perseverance.
