You make a very good point about not jumping to conclusions that it's speech related. I tend to instantly jump to the worst possible conclusion. It's just that I'm frustrated because my supervisors tell me that I'm very good at my job, so it's kinda like, "Well....why am I having difficulty finding another one?" I have asked for feedback from four interviewers, but no one's responded.
