I'm suffering from the same problem. I'm going through so much and I can't explain it all in words. It's that painful. I too am into teaching and my problem is that I can't get myself to travel to places without struggling to give directions and draining myself of my energy. It's honestly so overwhelming and I'm yearning to come out of this problem and experience normal life like others.
