What you have here is 1 case without any other cases to compare to. It's what we call _anecdotal_ evidence, which can't stand on its own. Even if others reported the same, there'd be no control group to see if there were maybe other factors at play, influencing the change. It's something that could be used as inspiration for a research setup, though (double blind and all). But it's good that you're doing better, of course! :)
