I can relate to this secondhand. My husband went into one of these episodes when we were dating, and sadly it looked so funny when it happened, I hate to admit it but I tried not to laugh. He never told or warned me so I was not prepared for it when it happened. Now that we’ve been married for almost 23 years my empathy level has gone way up. Don’t be fearful. Sometimes it’s hard for people to understand because they can’t relate to it, but eventually it won’t matter once they get to really know you.
