Did you drop out of university or college because of stuttering?

Did you drop out of university or college because of stuttering? I personally was studying paintings and visual arts, when we had practice that only deals with drawings and paintings, I managed to succeed, but in lectures to present presentations and other things, I found it very difficult to say any words and I saw that I have no choice but to leave until I can get some fluency and join the college again.
