Giving compliments to strangers or people I don't know well. If I stutter while delivering the compliment I've realized that some people don't hear it as genuine, because a sound wasn't easy for me to get through. The irony in this is that it takes a lot for me to say something to someone who is unfamiliar. I went to see a local play with a bunch of my friends a few years back. One of the friend's sister was in the play and had a pretty big role. After it ended we all went down to the stage to meet with the actors/ actresses. I said to her, "You did a really gg------ood job!" And the look she gave me was just so full of doubt and her questionable "Thanks..?.." has stuck with me ever since.
