Can't say my phone number

Can't say my phone number I went to the hospital to book an appointment, they asked me for my phone number and after saying two numbers I block at 4 and then silent. Hopefully, they already had my number from previous appointments. What you would do in such cases? Pls share your experience and how you deal with this kind of situation.
