Hello, I am non a person who stutters but I have been following this sub for some time, just to educate myself. The expression you used, "push my words out", made me think of something that might be useful to those here. I remember reading that one of the techniques the Sherpas use when going up mountains is to imagine a golden cord that comes down from the peak and is attached to a point in their solar plexus (or belly, don't remember). They imagine that this cord is slowly pulling them up the hill. I tried this technique sometimes during my hiking days and it sometimes worked. I stood straighter (since my belly was being drawn up) and my legs seemed lighter. Would it help if you imagined something gently 'drawing' the words out of your mouth, instead of you striving to push them out? Just a proposal, sorry of this makes no sense.
