Even still you don't discount the influence of "therapy" (maybe? not really sure what you mean by fluency tips) A "cure" means statistical reliability. A case study is not sufficient evidence for a "cure." I don't mean to drag you down, but "cure" means something in my clinical world. As a clinician I have to push back on your implication of a "cure"
