Do you have the option of simply hanging up? Since they are calling you with a problem that needs solved, I imagine they'd be the ones sorry for wasting more of their own time. Secondly, your company should have your back. Any company that doesn't defend their workers against that kind of abuse is not worth working for. I imagine these calls "may be recorded for training and quality purposes" so you have evidence of them acting like a jackass.
