currently leading 3 sections so 3 supervisors with 15 staff between them. It works out. I came up through the ranks so they all knew and respected me before I got the job. was it hard to get a job: yes, I ended up military then public service. did I work my butt off to prove myself every day: also yes the staff are the easy part for me, the hard part is dealing with other managers and other departments
