Horrible issues with stuttering at work

Horrible issues with stuttering at work Hey everyone, Been having an awful time at work the past few weeks, my job involves answering the occasional phone call to help customers, the problem is I literally cannot say the company name at all when answering the phone, I had work arounds at first by saying “good morning/good afternoon” first and then the company name that went well for a while, then all of a sudden I couldn’t say that either, it feels like I’m slowly losing my ability to speak… my eyes flicker really badly and I have weird spasm like motions all over my body… it’s honestly made me considering quitting my job because of how bad it is. I don’t see how speech therapy will do me any good, I just don’t know how to get through it and speak normally… it’s not just at work too, it happens everywhere. Really ruining my life. Does anyone have any possible pointers to help me out or what could possibly be causing this?
