Always, but always mimic what you are saying with your lips... Some of us who stutter just dont mimic what we are saying, almost as our lips are close to being stationary, if you get used to it, talking fast won't be a problem because you will stutter less if you use mimic. Talking fast will just make everything harder. At least for me
