I (16F) don't have a lot of dating experience either, but I would suggest FaceTiming him or calling him (if you have his phone number) first. If he loses interest because of your stuttering, then I'm pretty sure you dodged a bullet because a real man/woman will not leave their partner because of his/her stuttering.
