I'm a PGY2 internal medicine resident and stutter. Go to medical school and don't let anyone stop you. You will have to present a lot, staff patients with attendings that may not be patinet and conference specialist on the phone. You will have to run codes where people are dying and counting on your voice. You can do this. Be the smartest person in the room and no one will care about your stutter.
