what can i do to combat this ? i get stuck

what can i do to combat this ? i get stuck when someone asks me anything or talks to me first , or outta no where my throat chokes or i’ll just get stuck and can’t get the words out. just struggling to let the words out. i don’t know what i can do to help this issue , does anyone have any advice?
