Not too long ago, I was flying out of SFO and got called to the counter to be notified I was going to be bumped. I tried to talk to the ticket agent about my options, but my stutter came on in full force and I couldn't ask my questions. She quickly got frustrated with me, waved me away, and said she would find someone else. I got the seat I booked.
