Lol. Everyone is supposed to drink everyday, at least two liters a day. Sometimes as we grow older, our body can’t retain electrolytes as much as before, so we have to drink even more water. I personally don’t feel thirsty, so I have to have a bottle of water with me all the time to remind me to drink. Try to double the amount of water you drink for a week or two and see if that helps.
