Dunno how anyone can mock a small-ish 13yo kid. Yes, his speech was surely cleaned up by speechwriters. He had ~~90~~ ~~60~~ ~~50 seconds~~ 2 minutes, FFS, so he needed to be concise. But they were his words, and anyone who stutters can tell he's a *real* stutterer. An actor can't fake the nuances, the tiny tics, and constriction of the throat. edit : speech time.
