I've experienced this on a daily basis in my life. People don't seem to understand that they're laughing at a handicapped person. In recent years my social anxiety has taken me over because of this and is wasting my life. I'm not into snitching on people I think it's weak. But I think in this case you should look into your legal options and maybe sue if you can. What the judge did was highly unprofessional to say the least. The judge deserves to loose his job for publicly embarrassing handicapped people
