Happens very predictably when I'm in a good mood. I first noticed this when we started working on our group project in college. I had a blast there; spoke to my group, contributed well, and afterwards had fun small talk with strangers on my way home. Called it my 'Project Day Mood' at the time, and later realized that this is what a good mood is :D
