During my MBA I had to do a good bit of presenting some of which was live and some I had to record. My cheat code to get through the recordings: since it was just me and sometimes on video sometimes not…once I had my ‘script’ written out or whatever bullet points I was gonna talk about -> I put in head phones, cranked it all the way up until I couldn’t hear my own voice -> hit record and started talking. Usually came out pretty fluent. Everyone’s stutter is unique but for me there’s definitely benefit in leveraging this technique when situations allow. Good luck friends… and keep saying whatever the hell you want when you want.
