I love this approach and attitude. I do not stutter, but my 14 year old daughter does, so I’m here to gain insight, understanding and knowledge. In regards to your approach- I remember being at a seminar and the presenter started out with a just to let you know I have a stutter and that may come out in my speech. It only came out a few times and was not a big deal at all. Each time it happened it was like no big deal and not awkward at all because there was already an understanding/expectation that was set. OP, good luck to you. I think you’ll do great.
