We've all been there. It's not the end of the world if you block. Your blocking so hard because your not able to show people you stutter yet. My advice to you is to seek out the free speech therapy offered at your college. Start taking public speaking classes. Learn to stutter through words. Stop avoiding speaking situations. Better to take these steps sooner than later.
