Yeah it’s hard to execute them in normal conversation because of the speed that I am expected to respond at. If I am really struggling I’ll use the targets in that robotic way that we used to do at hollins, I’m not a fan of how it changes my voice. Lately I’ve been trying to design my own methods that are similar to the hollins system but they are easier for me to execute reliably and they don’t make me sound like a robot
