I've personally never liked the idea of just being comfortable with stuttering through a sentence. It feels like you're wiring your brain to just always stutter, and it doesn't matter. Living your life like this will make you a poor communicator in the long run. I've learned to take my time to get through sentences fairly smoothly these days. I use the methods that I've learned over the years accompanied with practice to do so. The brain is malleable, and pushing through a sentence stammering along the way will mold your brain into the thing we hate the most. Our stutter. The same way learning to be fluent will start to mold our brains into the thing we want the most. To be fluent. This is coming from someone who is around 80% fluent these days. I was not always this fluent.
