Getting stuck on the first letter of a word

Getting stuck on the first letter of a word So my stutter is basically I get stuck sometimes on the first letter, like M, N, ect. I wanna know if there’s a way to get rid of it. Also if I get nervous a lot I stutter, but still even when I’m around my family I stutter sometimes so, idk. I’ve been scared to go to school because of the fear of speaking out loud.
