I agree with you. I am not so deep into American politics to know how much Biden stutters. But whatever I have seen of him, he does not appear to be stuttering at all. In the clip above, he did not stutter even once, and the remix comment from Novah was about how he was jumping from one topic to another, not that he was stumbling on his words.
