I figured it was overstepping to tell people on their behalf, just wanted to ask for a second opinion. I didn't know it was legally considered a disability, that certainly makes how people respond more serious. I didn't see another post from you, were you using a different username? I have my own struggles with the workplace, fitting in, relationship building, etc, so the more I get into a position of influence I like to be more understanding and welcoming to other people. I have a bit of a "underdog champion" complex sometimes, admittedly because I want the same for myself. I often think I shouldn't be where I am, slipped through the cracks upward if you will, so I'm always working to bring anyone I can success and get there with less pain than I had to go through. I've been in public humiliation situations with managers berating me and I am fiercely against that type of behavior. Thanks for the feedback!
