I definitely resonate with this. What are you currently taking now? I am in the same exact boat— it’s so hard all I want to do is isolate myself. It completely takes over my life. I’m going to try bacopa and DMG to see if that makes a difference. What’s the update on what you’re taking? Have you noticed any changes?
