It's a fascinating thing, something we can say perfectly fluently without a second thought, when asked to repeat the same word, same sound, in the same situation with the only change being....what? I think this kind of symptom of our stutter should be studied rather than shaping sounds and so on because we are able to say the sound just fine before being asked to repeat it.
