I've been in stuttering programs as an adult where there are always more men than women. Not sure why this is the case. I'm one of those adult females that has stuttered since I was a child and still have issues. There is no clear reason why is seems there are more males than females that stutter. Also you are not an anomaly. I'm not one and don't consider myself to be one.your just a minority in this case and that is normal
