My boyfriend and I have been together for almost three years now. We met at his junior prom (I was my friends date) and we really hit it off so I gave him my number. In that setting, it was all shouting of course so I really didn't stutter too much. We "talked" for a week before deciding to make it official and a month later, had our first date. Prior to the first date, I brought up my stutter and he was extremely kind and supportive about it. On the date, I stuttered as I normally do and on top of that I had bronchitis but everything worked out fine. We had a fantastic time and it was everything I could've hoped for and more. All these years later, he still listens patiently to me when I speak, doesn't finish sentences for me, and is so supportive and encouraging of everything I do. If you haven't had the stutter conversation yet, have it ASAP. You guys have been talking for six months now so I honestly don't think you having a stutter is gonna make him not like you anymore. Good luck and I hope you guys have a happy relationship for years to come! Edit: I would also like to add this was my first date ever so you're gonna be nervous but just focus on being together and being happy. My boyfriend was actually more nervous than me and that kinda helped me be calm
