A partner won't fix your problems with yourself - I learned that one the hard way! Thought everything would get better if I could finally just get a gf. Finally get into a relationship at 25y/o - a couple of months go by and I realise my mental state is no different. Go to the doctor for depression and get put on medication, things get better. Whatever problems you perceive will be solved by getting a partner, they won't be. That doesn't mean you're not worth being in a relationship with, and your stutter certainly doesn't mean that, either - I've met plenty of woman that would have been perfectly comfortable being in a relationship with me in spite of my stutter. You need to accept that this is part of you, and put yourself out there anyway: join groups for things you're interested in, try online dating, push yourself out of your comfort zone, and eventually it will fall into place.
