Oh also (me again), is there any way you can slightly alter pronunciation? I've just recently realised that when I pronounce my name the traditional way (Galway Irish or that region) instead of how I grew up with it (Somewhat more Anglicised I suppose, still the same name though) then I stutter less. I suppose if your name is like Dan or Tom or something this wouldn't be as possible
