What you did was perfect and more than what a stutter would expect from a recruiter. Only tips that I have are No matter how long the stutter takes to say something, don't finish their sentences for them. Im sure you already know this but I'm pointing it out because a lot of people don't. Don't ask about or mention their stutter if they didn't do it themselves. For me if I talk about my stutter, it just makes me stutter even more and I'll be stuttering a lot more throughout the interview after that. If you see that the person is really struggling just say something like "it's okay take your time". Sometimes when I stutter I start panicking, thinking that I'm taking too long and wasting the other person's time, so I try to be quick which causes me to stutter even more as a result. If the other person just says something like that I'd be a lot more comfortable.
