i cant even talk to my family

i cant even talk to my family I have the block stutter, where my throat just tenses up when im about to say something. Before, I can actually talk to my family without stuttering, but now I cant even talk to them or respond when they talk to me because of my stuttering. It's not like these before. Before, I only stutter when I have a script that I'm about to say, or read aloud, or I have something to say that I prepared in my mind. I dont know what went wrong since before I thought my stutter is going away since it's becoming rare for me to stutter then suddenly even my casual conversation is getting interrupted with stuttering.
