Yes, I've visited an NHS speech therapy for a stutter. They are fairly rare and it's a postcode lottery with access and waiting lists but I got in to see a therapist. We talked about how I was coping with the stutter and overall impact. She made a few suggestions but they were already things I was doing. Then after about two appointments she said I was too fluent to need therapy. She spoke about other patients who were so affected by speech problems they couldn't leave their home or interact socially at all. She needed to free up resources for them so no more appointments for me.
