Those are all secondary behaviors that go along with an impactful dysfluency/stutter - it is considered part of the stutter, and when you learn NEW ways to gain more control of your speech, those secondary behaviors will probably vanish on their own. (I once went 3 days with broken heat/hot water in very cold winter because I was so scared to make a phone call. Even managed to convince myself that I had "forgotten" how to use my theramostat. So I understand how bad it can get.)
