Can you feel your hard blocks in your mind? I've always been able to; a hard block is like a knot in my mind and the harder i try to force it the tighter the knot gets. The best single tip i ever got from any speech therapist was when I felt those blocks to just stop! Turn inward and wait for the block to loosen. It works wonders for me.
