Hi, I have a stutter, and more specifically, usually it becomes very more proficient with my parents. There are also a couple friends that I stutter more with. I’m not necessarily scared of them (maybe I was at a younger age), but I guess I just want to make them super proud, or it’s just a authority thing that’s just permawired in my brain, idk. You could have a discussion with him, and just be straight up, but I think the real change will be how you perceive yourself and how you think people perceive you when you speech, when you do stutter, etc. you may have a higher fear of blocking and stuttering in front of these people for any particular reason. I have a question for you though…Do you read fluently aloud when no one’s around? Or have a situation of proficient fluency anytime else?
