I used to have this. For me, it was all placebo effect. It worked when I was testing it. But after I got home it didn’t work and became more of a nuisance than my actual stuttering. It was incredibly uncomfortable in my ear and annoying as all hell. I think it has more effectiveness in severe stutterers.
