Oh that's so so sweet! Reminds me when my SO ordered a few things from the internet and went to the shop for the items when they arrived. The shop assistant asked for the order's number (which was quite long), so my SO showed him on his mobile instead of saying it out. The shop assistant made rude comments about him that he surely "can't read" and "it must be difficult to spell it" etc. This happened two times with the same shop assistant, so he wrote a letter to the manager. He expressed that he might be able to read, but it can be extremely rude for other clients, for example his best friend has dyslexia, and his girlfriend stutters. The manager was very kind in his reply letter, said that this was an unacceptable behaviour from the shop assistant, and thanked my SO to notify him about the incident. He hasn't met with that rude shop assistant yet :)
