The first two stages can be taught intensively. So stage one can be taught over 3 hours. Stage two can be taught over 6 hours. Stage 3-4 is where you take it out into the real world and put it into practice and problem solve and consult with the therapist over months to refine your technique and work out any issues you might be having. Stage 3-4 is the part which will take you the longest (several months)
