I’m in tech too, but more of a functional role where I’m required to talk to clients and developers a lot. No one really minds if I do stutter, but there are a few who do mind and you can tell. The best thing I’ve found is to understand the system so well that they have no other choice than to listen to you. Being 100% sure of what you are saying may also help in confidence in the words you are using which (at least for me) is a huge help in getting around the stutter.
