I think that is AWESOME that your employer is supportive: a majority of PWS do not have that and many are "let go" because of their stutter (HR just paints a different picture regarding the verbiage of the termination but WE ALL KNOW why we were 'Let Go'). If they want to pay for speech therapy and other types of therapy I think that is wonderful but only if you are open to that option. At the end of the day, your company values you and that speaks volumes about the integrity of that company. Whatever you choose, know that you are valued, you are worthy, you are AWESOME, you are PHENOMENAL, and that you are an asset to that company.
