When I'm talking for long periods, my stutter gets worse as I progress. I assume since we we're kids, we shy away from any verbal communication. We never really developed the muscles(physical and mental) from speech. Everyday, i' set aside 30-1hr of loud reading to exercise. I had an interview the other day, i still stuttered bad. But its less worse. (2 weeks of loud reading) I think strengthening the supporting cast for talking helps with stutter. But not the cure. I'm excited for the future after I put in ample amounts of reps of talking.
